Join one of my fitness bootcamp classes to enhance you health and wellness journey. These courses can be included with your Health and Wellness Coaching sessions. I offer multiple styles of fitness classes so there is something for everybody!
- Our dynamic step aerobics & dance fit class is a fun and easy way to burn some calories, boost your self confidence, and drop some weight with like minded people! We love to dance, laugh, and sweat all at the same time! Come join this experience with the Bougie Squad 💃🏽
- Our Tabata Weight and Aerobics class is a high-energy class that combines the intensity of Tabata-style weight training with the fun and cardio benefits of step aerobics! Start with a 20-minute Tabata workout, where you'll alternate between 20 seconds of intense weightlifting exercises and 10 seconds of rest. This interval training method is designed to build strength, improve endurance, and boost metabolism.
- Once you’ve powered through the strength-building phase, transition into a dynamic 20-30 minute step aerobics session. You'll keep your heart rate up with rhythmic moves that target your legs, glutes, and core, all while grooving to motivating music. This combination of strength and cardio makes for a complete, full-body workout that’s challenging, fun, and effective for all fitness levels!

Participation in fitness classes involves physical activitythat may be intense and carries certain risks. By enrolling in and attending these classes, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. **Health Acknowledgment**: You confirm that you are in good health and have no medical conditions, injuries, or disabilities that would prevent you from participating in physical activities. It is strongly recommended that you consult with a healthcare provider before beginning any new exercise program.
2. **Assumption of Risk**: You understand that participation in fitness classes includes inherent risks, including but not limited to injuries, strains, or other physical ailments. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with your participation.
3. **Release of Liability**: You agree to release, waive, and hold harmless the instructors, facility, and any associated parties from any and all claims, liabilities, or damages arising from your participation in the classes.
4. **Emergency Medical Treatment**: In the event of an injury or medical emergency, you consent to receive medical treatment as deemed necessary.
5. **Personal Responsibility**: You are responsible for understanding your own physical capabilities and limitations and should modify exercises as needed. It is your responsibility to inform the instructor of any concerns or medical conditions prior to class.
By participating in the fitness classes, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this disclaimer.
