Bougie Goddess Cinnamon Roll Protein Shake Recipe:
Yields 8 oz.
Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp Diety Chai Tea Blend steeped for 5 mins or more
- 0.5 cup of almond milk ( or milk of your choosing)
- 0.5 cup of boiled Diety Chai Tea
- 1 tbsp of seamoss gel ( optional)
- 1 scoop of Just Move Buttercream protien powder
- Pinch of Celtic Seasalt
- Blender or Blendjet
Directions:
Steep1 tbsp of Diety Chai tea blend in 4 oz of water. Add steeped tea into Blender or Blendjet with all of the other ingredients. Blend until desired texture. Pour over ice or drink in portable blender.
