Cinnamon Roll Protien Skake

Bougie Goddess Cinnamon Roll Protein Shake Recipe:

Yields 8 oz.

Ingredients:

  1. 1 tbsp Diety Chai Tea Blend steeped for 5 mins or more
  2. 0.5 cup of almond milk ( or milk of your choosing)
  3. 0.5 cup of boiled Diety Chai Tea
  4. 1 tbsp of seamoss gel ( optional)
  5. 1 scoop of Just Move Buttercream protien powder
  6. Pinch of Celtic Seasalt
  7. Blender or Blendjet 

Directions:

Steep1 tbsp of Diety Chai tea blend in 4 oz of water. Add steeped tea into Blender or Blendjet with all of the other ingredients. Blend until desired texture. Pour over ice or drink in portable blender.
